Natasha
I’m a second-generation agent, born and raised around insurance. My dad was in the business, and I soaked it up early. Two decades later, with almost 16 years in trucking insurance, I’ve turned that background into real-world experience that gets results.
In the early 2000s, I officially stepped into the industry, helping him launch one of South Jersey’s first all-digital insurance agencies. We didn’t have a playbook, we figured it out. That mix of innovation and winging it shaped how I work to this day: I combine old-school values with modern solutions.
My introduction to trucking insurance started as an unexpected cross-sell and quickly turned into a full-blown obsession. It was new, complicated, exciting and I live for new challenges. So, I embraced my insurance and trucking roots. My grandfather built Vanguard Incorporated, a glue supplier for reefer trailers. My mom proudly carries that legacy forward today.
I spent a decade working with new venture carriers and I’ve navigated the fleet space. My experiences and passion for education give me a 360-degree view of the industry from the insurance and risk perspective. These days, I collaborate with carriers of every size who know safety and insurance matters and want it handled right.
Jessica
I come from a long line of truckers. Owner operators, diesel techs, and dispatchers. I grew up with semis in the driveway, and that is still the norm.
That background is why I got into trucking insurance. I have seen what happens when coverage is wrong. Claims denied, businesses stalled, money lost. I built my career to stop that from happening.
I know what carriers deal with. Tight margins, tough calls, and constant pressure to keep moving. I am here to protect livelihoods with straight talk, smart coverage, and real world experience.
This industry raised me. Now I help protect the people who keep it running.
The Dynamic Duo

When my dad retired the agency was acquired by UCI and they offered me a remote position. After a year with UCI, I flew out to Boise for the Christmas party, now known as "UCI Week". During year end reviews, Brandon suggested I move over to the ever evolving Existing Ventures department. I'd be working with Jessica, who I'd just met. We chatted briefly, she was moving to Texas in a few days and I held it down until she got back. After that, she dedicated herself to helping me learn the ropes, and we clicked.
We’ve become more than just work besties. We’re real life friends. I’ve been in insurance forever. She’s been in sales forever. Together, we’ve combined her sales process, instincts, and trucking roots with my experience, strategy and love of managing the chaos behind the scenes.
Someone once called us the “Dynamic Duo,” and it fits. We laugh too loud, teach what we know, build real connections, and keep pushing to learn more. That energy follows us everywhere. One day we’re mapping out a coverage strategy barefoot, getting grounded no matter the location or weather. The next? We’re off to nowhere Idaho for a Big Rig Tee, riding steam trains through the North Carolina mountains, shaking hands with the CEO of Great West, and winging it at the biggest trucking show in America with no clue what we’re walking into.
Whatever we take on, we manage it the same way: teamwork, sarcasm, and a whole lot of laughs.
